Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status. It means that no payment has been made. Order will only be processed once payment is made and confirmed by our side.
- Please pm us at Facebook Messenger or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for cancellation.
- Orders that are confirmed / in shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.
Q. Can I pay the deposit after the pre-order deadline?
We only place the orders for customers upon receiving the deposit. Sometimes we can still place the order after pre-order deadline, but there might be a chance that we are not able to get the item. In that event we will fully refund the deposit.
