Question & Answer:
1) How do I pre-order?
To pre-order through our website, please refer to our guide at 'Website FAQ' located at the "Customer Service" tab of our website :)
2) Can I pay the deposit after the pre-order deadline?
We only place the orders for customers upon receiving the deposit. Sometimes we can still place the order after pre-order deadline, but there might be a chance that we are not able to get the item. In that event we will fully refund the deposit.
Please check with us before placing order for item that is over deadline!!
3) Do you have item that are not posted on your page?
You can always ask us for the item you are looking for. We might not have many in stock items, but we can ask our supplier to see if they have it. If it happens that our supplier have it, and you wanted to buy it, we will let you know the deposit required.
We will ship the item from Japan with our next batch of stock, so it might take quite a while until you can receive the item.
4) How much does the postage cost?
Postage is usually rm8 below 1kg for west malaysia, and around rm15 for east malaysia (just an estimation). We can only provide the exact postage cost when we know the weight of the item and your shipping address. You can pm us and provide us the details so we can give you the postage cost.
5) How much do I actually have to pay?
As mentioned above, price of pre-order items will only change if YEN vs MYR exchange rate drop too much. Else, the price stated are final. You just need to add the postage cost.
For example - Item A = Pre-order price RM300
You pay rm100 deposit first to place the order, and then pay the remaining RM200 + postage when your item had arrived in Malaysia and ready to be posted out.
6) Tentative Pre-orders & back-orders
All pre-order items, after pre-orders deadline, will automatically change to tentative pre-orders if we are still able to place order (even if the status of the item in our website does not change). Tentative pre-orders are similar to back-orders, where we are unable to guarantee the item, in the case we are unable to get your item we will refund the deposit.
7) I have ordered two items from you, how many time will you charge me for postage?
Postage depends on customers, if you want us to post your item separately, then we will charge two times. If you want us to post both of your item together, then we will charge one time only.
8) Does the item I want have exlusive bonus?
The item do not have exclusive bonus unless stated in the description. Or you can pm us directly to ask :)
9) Do you have a shop?
Not at the moment as we are online based shop but thit is certainly our long term goal.. :)
10) How to pre-order via Facebook?
To pre-order, pls pay the deposit to CIMB Bank 800 793 8388 'Kiseki Galaxy Enterprise', then send us a copy of your receipt
After that, pls provide us your name, contact, and shipping address.
However, the membership point will not be awarded if you ordered via Facebook. It is only applicable to our website customer who has an account with us.
